1. Describe one situation where you had to lead a group and you were successful (100 words) (college/work)

Ans  I am a leader of our “Final Year Project”. The project is regarding “ACOUSTIC OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)“where we are em- bedding audio in a data signal .Acoustic OFDM can modulate the useful in- formation, which is then transmitted in air or water with the help of sound sending devices such as loudspeakers. Thus I am leading a group and guiding every member how to go about and what work needs to be done. Since we are making a device , it is a systematic process to write code and work on it and hence work is being shifted alterna- tively and thereby managing also require test of patience. We were due for deadline which was after 7 days and a lot of work was pending .I had then created a google docx file where simultaneously my colleague could update and make changes respectively. I made the shorthand version of it in the form of ppt and made sure everyone gets a chance to express their contribution through it. After a long working, I ensured completion of the task in a befit- ting manner and within given time we had presented to the externals, and happy to bring it on record that we secured ‘A’Grade.
